so...
i owe the town of boone $600 for parking tickets. Heres the breakdown:
20 tickets
$10 each ticket
$20 late fee
the late fee is twice as much as the ticket. i also have a court date oct. 14:
$50 ticket
$171 court costs
why do late fees and court costs cost so much more than the actual ticket itself. i know you have to pay the people that work for the state, but how long does it take to...
